Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 26, 2023, RH sent a letter to the City of Miami Beach providing an update regarding its proposal to reimagine and restore One Ocean Drive, Miami Beach. As previously announced by the City of Miami Beach, there is an ongoing RFP process with respect to One Ocean Drive. On September 1, 2023, the City of Miami Beach revealed certain information about the bid procedures including the identity of RH and other participants. Given that information about RH’s involvement in the RFP process is being disclosed by the City of Miami Beach and/or other bid participants, RH is making a public disclosure to investors of the update provided in its letter to the City of Miami Beach. This disclosure is being made to ensure that investors have accurate information about RH’s involvement and its proposal.
The letter is available on the investor relations section of RH’s website, and a copy of the letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
