Company to Open New Boston Full Line Design Gallery in First Quarter
of Fiscal 2013

Restoration Hardware Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: RH) today announced that it
will report its financial results for the third quarter ended October
27, 2012, after the market closes on Wednesday, December 12, 2012.
The Company plans to host a conference call and audio webcast on
December 12, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The conference call may be

Restoration Hardware also reported today that the Company’s Boston full
line design gallery, which will be located at the site of the former New
England Museum of Natural History at 234 Berkeley Street, Boston, is now
expected to open in the first quarter of fiscal 2013, ending May 4,
2013. Previously, the Company had scheduled the opening of the full line
design gallery on December 12, 2012 and it had planned to host an
opening event on that date. The opening has been postponed in order to
comply with unexpected requirements imposed by the State of
Massachusetts related to the interior renovation. As a result, the
Company now plans the opening and the event to take place during the
first fiscal quarter of 2013.
